• Individual Counseling:

  • $150 per 50 min session

  • $250 per 90 min session

• Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE):

  • $250 per 90 min session

  • $880 for TRE Intensive Course
    The TRE Intensive includes four (4) 90-minute private sessions. During these sessions, you will learn how to perform the exercises, how to safely bring about the body’s natural tremor mechanism, and how to gently release stored stress and tension held in the body. You will also learn how to gently guide the tremors into areas of the body you would like to focus on, allowing tension in those areas to soften and release.

    The goal of the TRE Intensive is not only to experience the deep relaxation benefits of TRE, but to help your body learn how to access the tremor response without needing to complete the full exercise sequence each time. Once your body is trained, TRE can take only as long as you choose to tremor, followed by time for grounding and integration at the end.
    Sessions are held once a week over the course of four weeks. Between sessions, you will practice at home and complete brief journaling reflections to deepen your awareness and support integration of the process.

• Insurances accepted: I am no longer taking insurance at this time, however I can provide super-bills for reimbursement through your individual insurance plan.
